Hi, I’m Tariq Ivan — a real estate professional based in Long Island, NY, with a strong background in accounting, contract negotiation, and client service. Originally from Guyana, I bring over 20 years of experience from the outsourcing and corporate services industry, where I specialized in building long-term client relationships and delivering on high-value contracts.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from York College – CUNY, and I’m also well-versed in income tax laws and financial regulations. This unique combination of financial expertise and business acumen gives my clients an edge when navigating the real estate market—whether buying, selling, or investing.
My passion for real estate began with my own personal experiences and grew into a mission: to help individuals and families build wealth through real estate. I approach every client with integrity, transparency, and a clear commitment to their financial goals.
I currently live in Baldwin, Long Island, with my wife, children, parents, and our four parakeets. I’m a strong believer in family values, community, and continuous learning.
